It is a logistics information processing system of Shenzhen Municipal Government in compliance with international standards, a construction and operation institution of modern logistics information network public platform shouderning the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" of the logistics industry in Shenzhen, one of the 10 experimental projects for the national intelligent transport system demonstration conducted by the Science & Technology Ministry, also, it is an organization authorized by Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen Customs, Shenzhen Imports and Exports Inspection & Quarantine Administration, and Shenzhen Maritime Bureau to provide electronic data interchange, transmission and value-added information sharing services.
